A delicious (and light!) salad dressing


This is a very easy salad dressing that I love and pour over my salad every day. It has very little calories and is very sour, which I love. I don't like eating salad very much, so it is very important (essential!!!) that I put dressing on my salad. If there is no dressing I prefer not to eat the salad. And eating salad is healthy, so I try really hard to eat every day.

To make this dressing you need some Balsamic Vinegar, some Olive Oil - a good one! - and a little bit of mustard - I always use the brown kind of mustard. You pour about 4 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar in a bowl, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil and 2 teaspoons of mustard. Mix it all until it's homogeneous and put over your favorite salad. I like mine with lettuce, some tomatoes cut without seeds and grated carrots. Let's be healthy!!!

My favorite Brigadeiro recipe!!!

I love eating brigadeiro... My favorite recipe is half white and half chocolate brigadeiro. So, now I'm going to give you my favorite brigadeiro recipe.


Necessary ingredients:


1 can of Leite Moça

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 egg yolk (the yellow part of the egg)

1 (very full) tablespoon of chocolate powder (Nescau)
How to Make it: Put approximately half of the Leite Moça in a pan, with one tablespoon of butter. Add the egg yolk and stir it until it starts to not stick to the bootom of the pan. Reserve.
Then put the other half of the Leite Moça, the other tablespoon of butter and the chocolate and stir it until it is not sticking to the bottom of the pan. Then, you just have to eat it!!! I prefer to eat it with a spoon...

The Food that Reminds Me of My Childhood



When I think about the food I used to eat when I was a little girl, the first thing I remember is churros... I loved going to the circus, because I knew I would eat churros. The delicious taste of the doce de leite in the inside... I love when I find churros at parties (or at the circus) nowadays!
