
This is a very easy salad dressing that I love and pour over my salad every day. It has very little calories and is very sour, which I love. I don't like eating salad very much, so it is very important (essential!!!) that I put dressing on my salad. If there is no dressing I prefer not to eat the salad. And eating salad is healthy, so I try really hard to eat every day.
To make this dressing you need some Balsamic Vinegar, some Olive Oil - a good one! - and a little bit of mustard - I always use the brown kind of mustard. You pour about 4 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar in a bowl, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil and 2 teaspoons of mustard. Mix it all until it's homogeneous and put over your favorite salad. I like mine with lettuce, some tomatoes cut without seeds and grated carrots. Let's be healthy!!!
